I’ve had the privilege to work in Bay Area social service programs for over a decade, and have provided counseling to individuals, couples, children and families. I have extensive experience working with traumatized and marginalized communities and specialize in family systems and attachment. I feel honored and humbled to be a therapist every day. I love helping people make the changes they need to live more authentic, connected and fulfilled lives.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley and am a Licensced Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. As a therapist of color, I actively work to be anti-racist and culturally sensitive. I believe it is essential to my practice to assess the ways issues of race, culture and intersectionality impact our lives. I am passionate about working with folks in reflecting on the ways that power, privilege and systems of oppression impact the way we move through the world.
